Create New Web Form
  • Proceed to https://forms.zoho.com/rick49/home#myforms to create a new web form.
  • To create a new web form, click the "New Form" button near the top right.

  • Select the "Standard" Form Type.
  • Enter in your form Title and click "Create".
  • You will be taken to the Web Form Builder Page.
  • From the left hand side, drag the "Description" field onto the form body. Once added, a pop up will appear.
  • Add the text "Submit Your Business Your Contact Information Here"
  • When you are done formatting your text, click the "Done" button.
  • From the left hand side, drag the "Single Line" field onto the form body.
  • Hover over the Field, and click "Cog" to edit the properties.
  • Change the "Field Label" to "Name".
  • Under "Validation" - Select "Mandatory".
  • Click "Save" to continue.
  • Add a new "Phone" field, and set it to mandatory.
  • Add a new "Email" field, and set it to mandatory.
  • Add a new "Description" field with the content "Your Referrals Information¬† Here".
  • Add a new "Single Line" field, rename it to "REFERRAL'S NAME" and set to mandatory.
  • Add a new "Phone" field, rename it to "REFERRAL'S PHONE" and set it to mandatory.
  • Add a new "Email" field, rename it to "REFERRAL'S EMAIL" and set it to mandatory.
  • Add a new "Single Line" field & rename it to "Datasource".
  • Locate the field "Inital Value" and add in the name of the "Datasource" in the CRM.
  • Set the Validation field to mandatory.
  • Click "Save" when done.
  • Add a new "Single Line" field & rename it to "Group Name".
  • Locate the field "Inital Value" and add in the name of the "Group Name" in the CRM.
  • Set the Validation field to "Mandatory".
  • Set the Visibility field to "Hide Field".
  • Click "Save" when done.
  • Add a new "Single Line" field & rename it to "Group Status".
  • Locate the field "Inital Value" and add "Group Agent Registered".
  • Set the Validation field to "Mandatory".
  • Set the Visibility field to "Hide Field".
  • Click "Save" when done.
  • Add a new "Email" field & rename it to "Group Owner Email".
  • Locate the field "Inital Value" and add in the email of the "Group Owner" in the CRM.
  • Set the Validation field to "Mandatory".
  • Set the Visibility field to "Hide Field".
  • Click "Save" when done.
