Moving Files To Folders

Overview

In this section you will be moving selected files into folders for easier organization.

Selecting and Moving Files

Start by reviewing a folder you want to move your files into. Next to that folder, you will see how many files are currently inside it.

Next, in the Inventory Window, click on the white box to the left of each image/document you want to move to yor folder. A blue checkmark will appear along with a blue highlight on the entire row.

Click the Add to Folder button. A drop down menu will appear.

From the drop down menu, select the folder you want to move your files to.

Confirming Your Moved Files

You can confirm the files have moved to your folder by reviewing the number next to the folder you had selected. To view the files, simply click on the folder.
